This is a great recipe to cook all day long in a crock pot to prepare for your family at the end of the day. Crock pots are very forgiving and you can throw in all the ingredients, pretty much any way you like and cook for 8 hours on low.
The Basque Meat Tenderizer is a great cooking base to marinate a roast, pork medallions, chicken, or your choice of meat. I like to cut the meat in large pieces. I also do the same with the vegetables. You can cut them to your preferred size.
Along with the Basque Meat Tenderizer, I like to add a can of tomato sauce or diced tomatoes to the mix. Then add in some Tomato Paste to richen the mixture.
After adding all the ingredients, I would recommend you take a large spoon and mix well. Some people like to put their potatoes at the bottom because they take a little longer to soften. If you cook the mixture all day long, it should cook thoroughly.
Turn on your Crock Pot and Cook for 8 Hours, or 4 Hours on High. Enjoy!
